Hi there,

Just wanted drop you a quick line to say how much we enjoyed the two excursions booked through yourselves.

The Jeep Tour on Sat 27 Nov was great fun and our driver/guide, Chris was superb - making the day both fun & informative, whilst the trip on Skyline on Sun 28 Nov was amazing lovely yacht, great skipper and good sightings of dolphins & whales.

Hi Lynn!

Our lovely holiday in Tenerife came to an end last Monday and we're back home now unfortunately. It was simply a marvellous week which we enjoyed so much that time seemed to fly while we were there! That it was such a great holiday however, we owe a big THANK YOU to you and to the other Dutch guy (it's a pity i didn't even ask for his name during those hassled moments!) for helping us so much when things weren't turning out so well for us.

In fact, I cannot hide our immense dissappointment at not finding the excursion tickets when we arrived at the hotel at 3am on Monday morning! You can imagine our feelings having just landed in Tenerife to start our holiday, which we had been planning for so long with your help, and which all of a sudden seemed already ruined!

As such, we wanted to thank you for putting our holiday back on track by giving us your best share of help. We appreciated so much your accompanying us back to the hotel from your agency to personally solve the issue with the Hotel Gala receptionists. This apart from the re-arrangements you made which allowed us not to miss any of our planned tours.

Just to give you the ending of the sad "confusion novel" by the receptionists of Hotel Gala, on Wednesday night (that is, almost half way through our holiday), when we went back to our room, we found the original envelope you had left for us at reception prior to our arrival in Tenerife. Someone from the hotel staff had just pushed it into our room from underneath the door! Thank god everything was ok for us by then or I would have caused a disaster at the reception desk and you would have read about me on the local newspapers! :-)
