Vip Teide By Night

Sit back in comfort and be chauffeur-driven through the dramatic scenery of Mount Teide and watch the beautiful sunset over the Atlantic Ocean, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne at the fantastic viewpoint of El Retamar. Once the sun has set you will then travel to the base of Teide where you will enjoy the company of a Stargazer who will give you details of all the different stars and planets, this is the most amazing experience seeing how many stars there are. You will then travel back to the highest village in Tenerife Vilafor for a fantastic four course dinner, wine and coffee in the Mirador Restaurant.

First you will travel towards the National Park stopping along the way at Vilaflor, the highest village in Tenerife. Once you are in the National Park you will visit Teide, Spain's highest mountain, where you will have the chance to take photos. Your next stop will be at one of Tenerife's oldest town, La Orotava, renowned for its traditional Canarian architecture. On our way down through La Orotava Valley we come to Puerto de la Cruz where you will have time for lunch. On your way back to the south you will stop at Candalaria, where you will have the chance to see the most spectacular church and Black Virgin Madonna statue, which is the patron saint of the Canary Islands.

You will travel through the town of Vilaflor before reaching the National Park of Las Cañadas which is one of the most extraordinary and beautiful sights one can admire. Physically the park is an enormous crater surrounded by vertical rocks with an area size of 130 s.q. km., from whose centre rises mount Teide (3.717m). The great variety of volcanic rocks to be found as sell as the endemic floral and fauna are part of this unique world of colour and shapes. If there is not much of a queue go to the top of "El Teide" via the cable car. Price not included (approx. 2.600pts). On your way back down the mountain you will travel through Guia de Isora before reaching Playa de las Americas.

During this island tour you will travel to Tenerife's oldest villages. Your first stop will be Los Gigantes where you will have time to take photographs of the famous cliffs. As you continue your tour through this region we come across a splendid view of the town of Garachico. The next town you visit is Icod de los Vinos with its legendary Dragon Tree, you will also have the chance to sample the local wines and liquors in one of the many bodegas. Your next stop will be in the beautiful town of La Orotava where you will have time for lunch. To end your culture tour you will visit the town of Candelaria where you will have chance to see Tenerife's most famous church.

Puerto de la Cruz, a touristic town of international repute, is home to the famous Loro Parque, a world of exotic vegetation in which a wide variety of species live in harmony and in turn offer lots of attractions for all ages. You have the chance to see the Dolphin Show, Sea Lion Show, the largest collection of parrots in the world, penguins, shark tunnel plus much more. This is an excellent day out for all the family.

For those who do not wish to visit the Loro Parque, Puerto de la Cruz is a town waiting to be explored. There are places of interest such as Lagos Martianez, the Botanical Gardens, the square of El Charco, the San Telmo Chapel or the Lido.

You can visit the capital of Tenerife Santa Cruz either a half or full day excursions. During the half day you will have the chance to visit the plaza which is great for shopping or the full day excursions which gives you plenty of time exploring Santa Cruz then you will travel further north to Taganana , a typical white-washed village in a beautiful enclave where you can delight your self with the local fresh fish for lunch. The mountain range around Taganana is one of the most spectacular in Tenerife.

La Gomera is famous for being the last stop Cristopher Columbus made before sailing to discover the New World. You will board the ferry in Los Cristianos which then travels to La Gomera taking approximately 90 minutes. Once in La Gomera you will travel through the Valley of Hermigua, before reaching the town of Agulo, where you will be given a demonstration on the peculiar gomeran whistle language. You will then travel round the forest of El Cedro, with its unique vegetation. In a town called Arure, a typical gomeran lunch will be served. You will then begin passing through the towns of Chipude, El Cercado and you will then see the impressive rock of Agando before discovering the history and culture of San Sebastian, with monuments such as the Church of Asunción, the San Sebastian Chapel and the Tower of El Conde before returning by ferry to Tenerife. Whilst in Tenerife why not have a day out in Lanzarote. On arriving at Lanzarote airport you will begin your journey through the villages of Macher, Uga and Yaiza. Then you will continue to Los Hervideros and El Golfo where you will enjoy the magnificent views. You will then have the chance to taste some local wine in the village of Geria (agriculture area). Then you will travel to the Town of Teguise (antique capital of Lanzarote), the mirador of Haria then onto Malpais del Volcan de la Corona to see the Jameos del Agua, last but not least you will travel back to the airport for your flight back to Tenerife.
