Situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas, is the coastal village of Calleo Salvaje. Here you will find this superb 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated just off the main road to the village. With its stunning views of the sea from the ample terraces surrounding the private pool, this villa is an excellent choice for the more disconcerting traveller.

The villa itself is fully air conditioned and is on two levels. On the lower level the entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Also on this level a large and very elegantly furnished lounge with plush leather sofa and chairs, and designer Italian furniture. There are Patio doors which lead on to a large balcony,overlooking the pool and for extra comfort there is Satellite TV.

There are two double sized bedrooms also on this level and a separate bathroom.

A spiral staircase leads up to the top level, here you will find a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a superb master bedroom with TV. There is also a large roof top terrace.

The private pool, with ample sunbathing terraces can be found towards the rear of the villa with steps leading down to the pool itself. The beautifully tiled pool complete with Dolphin design is approximately 12 metres x 5 metres and 1.80 metres deep.

There is a bar area, ideal for mixing cocktails, Bar B Q and a separate poolside toilet and shower room. A separate utility area with washing machine is also on pool level.

Altogether a beautiful villa with excellent views, in a quieter more relaxing area of Tenerife.
