Casa Madraselva is a three bedroom detached villa in a quiet fishing village of La Caleta, ten minutes drive from Las Americas and twenty minutes from the airport.

The house has a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridges, deep freeze and ceramic hob with a hatch through to the dining area which seats 8 people.

A large spacious sitting room with Sky TV and a video opens on to a patio area with outside dining table and a built in BBQ.

There is a study/den area which could be used as a fourth bedroom. The villa has two full bathrooms. A marble staircase leads from the villa to a large tiled roof area overlooking the sea.

The garden, which includes mature palm trees, surrounds the villa with a swimming pool located to the gable of the villa. There is private parking within the boundry walls. The house has a built in security system and safe.

Local amenities include a number of excellent fish restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket just 3 minutes walk from the house. Sea swimming and fishing amenities are opposite the villa. A ten minutes walk brings you to beautiful beaches. Adeje 18 hole golf course and driving range are just five minutes drive.
