Situated in the San Eugenio Alto area of Playa de Las Americas, and next door to the "Monteray Villa" this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is ideal for a family or friends who want to be close to the amenities with the privacy of their own pool.

The villa has a similar layout to that of the "Monteray" villa, with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, 2 bathrooms downstairs, dinning room, spacious lounge area with T.V and patio doors leading out to the pool area. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.

There is a private swimming pool, with sunbathing area, sunloungers, table and chairs. Although just a short walk away from the local amenities, due to the elevated position of this villa it is not ideal for any one with walking difficulties.
